*Happy anniversary, Jeanine and Joe!*
Time: I believe it has been about eight months.
Cost: facebook is free and no idea what drinks will cost, but who cares because we are celebrating!
And yes, they are all (except for one who is a friend of a friend) people I actually know. I feel ridiculously popular. And now I am off to celebrate Amy’s birthday on this Fabulous Friday. Happy weekend!
Oh yeah- I just ate Kraft Dinner. Spirals!
*Happy Birthday, Amy!*
*Happy Birthday, Steph!*
I am from the Boston area. I grew up just south and now live just north of the city. While I travel extensively, and would consider moving to Spain (though it is unlikely to happen due to Brian’s career), I am a Boston girl at heart. However, I am frequently asked where I am from in Canada. Apparently my accent is some weird mix of things that comes out like I am from our neighbor to the north.
You can take the quiz here: http://www.gotoquiz.com/what_american_accent_do_you_have
My results:
| What American accent do you have?
Your Result: Boston
You definitely have a Boston accent, even if you think you don’t. Of course, that doesn’t mean you are from the Boston area, you may also be from New Hampshire or Maine. |

Yesterday I had 200 views (most ever for one day) and today I am already at 198. I know this is a complete cop out for a new thing, but I am exhausted today. I am trying to get my butt off the couch to go get a tree, but I don’t think that’s happening. I hope you had a lovely day.
Speaking of trees, I just googled Christmas tree and it comes up with an upside down Christmas tree? WTF is that? Ridiculous. How is that even funny?
Who would enjoy this? How would my multitude of gifts fit under it? Actually, I guess there is more room for gifts. Maybe this thing isn’t so bad after all. (Note: I am joking. As a family, we agreed no gifts at all this year. Whoo!)
PS- I just went over 200 hits again for today. Who are you people? Send me a comment and let me know. Regardless, I appreciate that you are checking my self-indulgent blog out.
I can figure out how to add other wordpress sites, but I have two lovely friends, Kara (http://kara-momofthree.blogspot.com/) and Bridget (http://bridge-inthepines.blogspot.com/) who have graciously linked to my blog and I would like to return the favor. Muchas gracias y dos besos.
Brian just asked me if Kate Bosworth was attacked by a shark a few years ago. Even though I was reasonably sure this had not happened, I googled it so I have a new thing for today. FYI: This definitely did not happen.
Note: the sharks pictured below are not the imagined Kate Bosworth attackers. They reside in the Barcelona Aquarium.
I like the big balls best, and Wii second best. I suck at real bowling but am really good at Wii bowling. I should take a picture of my Mii and put it up here. It is pretty good.
I checked my aol account, which I have had for about a million years, and I had 533 emails since Nov. 2. Every freaking one of them was spam!
