I know this is not much of a workout. I did it for comparison purposes. I went to the track (which is only 3x around for a mile per the posted sign) and put on my yellow watch and ran (jogged) a mile, then immediately walked the second mile. I did this because I was curious how fast I can do it, and what the difference is between times. Here are my results:
Jogging: 10:32 mins
Walking: 14:52 mins
I am aiming to improve on the running time. I would like to get into the eights at some point over the summer. Note: this is not a picture of me because I am too shy to take a pic of myself running right now.
