Ok, I know this is ridiculous to be so excited about this, but let me give you some background:
I did not do so well in undergrad (there was that “incident” which dropped my GPA to a measly amount and I had to pull it back up to something respectable.)
I did not do so well in high school because I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life and frankly I didn’t care what grades I got. (That said, I still did okay- mostly Bs with an occasional C.)
So now that I actually know what I want for myself and got into the program and got a job, I really worked my ass off. I stayed up millions of nights doing homework and going over papers so they would be perfect, and it paid off. I am really proud of myself. AND I got to wear the coolest dress: a Lily Pulitzer knee length with 3/4 sleeves decorated with green koi fish and huge pink flowers. I also won Best Dressed.
